Poem By Palestinian Refugee – This Is Why We Dance

This is a powerful piece of poetry from a young Palestinian refugee from Jerusalem who was a victim of Israeli ethnic cleansing. His words speaks of the struggle to refrain from anger at his treatment. They speak of the fight to rationalize what has happened. They speak of the unending desire for freedom for Palestine and for justice for the long-suffering people there.
