We love the movies. We love them so much that we are willing to pay an extortionate price to sit in an uncomfortable seat with a lunatic behind us chomping loudly through a monster bag of crisps and slurping on lemonade whilst his bored girlfriend asks questions about Wolverine’s claws and excessively hairy body. “So how much would it cost to wax all that then?”
Never mind, we still go and we still enjoy the flick. One of the things about any movie that sticks in our minds is the closing shot; that final scene where the camera pans out to leave us with an image that lodges in our brains for days afterwards.
