Yep, it had to happen, the Eighties have become retro. Heaven help us all who were there the first time round. Synthesizers, funny-looking boots, Apartheid and mullets which were the worst hairstyles since hair was invented (even worse than those of Cromwell’s New Model Army, and they were some weird-looking fellas). Thankfully, there were some decent movies about then, that is to say during the Eighties and not during the terror of Cromwell when entertainment was slaughtering Irish Catholics of a Saturday night, pitchcapping and all.
