Many will recognize this as part of the soundtrack to the 1992 Tarantino movie, Reservoir Dogs. It was used during a scene whereby an undercover cop got his ear hacked off by Mr Blonde. The bright music stood in stark contrast to the horrific action taking place. Enjoy.
