That would be one interpretation. Another would be that the fabrication is an excuse to wage further war on Syria with the eventual aim of removing Assad and then moving on Iran.

Their ‘moderate rebels'(Jihadis)are loosing(have lost)so they come up with one of their false flags again. But i don’t think it’s working anymore. Still, if the game is partitioning, it looks like they’re on track. Next up, Iran, Russia,China?

Aye, chaos is their aim and so far it is belong held in check by Iran and more especially Russia. More false flags against Russia to be expected as well as manoeurvres against Syria with Iran to be first attacked by internal elements as the West has done in other nations, before a full frontal.
