Antarctica – One Week At Casey Station

It’s the least well-known continent on Earth. It has resources, mineral wealth and great beauty. It is a barometer of our planet’s climate. It is Antarctica.

There are a number of nations who have established ‘research stations’ in this glorious place and, whilst they may be undertaking scientific investigations into climate issues, geology, flora and fauna, as well as taking ice core samples to determine historical data, Rebel Voice suspects that certain nations have ensured a strong presence on this vast continent so that they might claim future territorial rights. Expect a land grab as our planet warms and Antarctica, which is one huge piece of real estate, becomes a highly prized location for the uber-wealthy to live.
