Arabic Words In English – With Maha

This is an interesting look at the influence that the Arabic language has had on the English tongue. Many words that we use today originated in this dominant language of the modern Middle East. The viewer is in safe and capable hands with Maha Yakoub who is Palestinian-Italian.

    The fiery temper with the Arab words would put an American hillbilly to shame. The lady in the picture reminds me of friends when I was in Vicenza, Italy many years ago. I truly miss the food and wine.
