Edward Snowden is certainly persona non grata in the eyes of the US Administration. He is a whistle-blower extraordinaire who was a member of the CIA and leaked classified information from the National Security Agency in 2013. He subsequently fled to Russia and was granted temporary asylum. It’s there that he apparently still resides.

Snowden has become a global spokesperson for press freedom and is well informed upon the level of state surveillance currently being implemented by not only the US regime, but also by other western states. His words carry weight with those who have an open mind and are not blinded by the weight of specious patriotism.

The following presentation introduces us to Snowden as he recounts the questionable conduct of the US government via video to an American audience.
